Cleaning up your inbox with Entourage for the Mac

Deleting Large Messages

Usually you can solve ‘Inbox Full’ type errors by deleting the largest of your stored emails. You can find those by clicking on the bar in Entourage right above your messages that says ‘Arrange by: Received’ and choose ‘Size’ from the options. I’ve attached a screenshot showing this:



You’ll now see something like below, which (in humorously understandable terms) describes the magnitude of sizes that your email messages are:



You can see I have some emails from Thomas that probably have pictures or images attached. Those are good candidates for deletion and probably solve any space issues that I had previously. I’ve noticed that Norton Center emails also carry large attachments sizes.
