Email Account Termination Schedule

When employees leave the College, their email account will be terminated according to the following categories of employment:

  • Staff who leave the college for any reason: 30 days after last day of employment/termination date (per HR records)
  • Faculty who leave the college, for any reason other than retirement, after the Spring semester: Sept. 1, to allow time for transition to a new institution or place of employment
  • Faculty who leave the college, for any reason, after Fall semester or Centre Term and faculty who retire: 30 days after last day of employment/termination date (per HR records)
  • Emeriti Faculty: Email accounts remain active as long as faculty have emeriti status
