How to approve email messages to campus groups

  1. Open the callisto management website
  2. You should see a page displayed like the one below.
  3. Click on the group that you want to approve an email for.
  4. The Administrator Authentication box (see below) for the group you chose should open.
  5. Enter the password provided to you by the Network Administrator.
  6. You should then see a General Options Section like the one below.
  7. Click on Tend to pending moderator requests
  8. You should see the email message(s) you want to approve on the right.
  9. On the left under “Action to take on all these held messages:” you should see a radio button for “Accept.” Click on that button.
  10. Next, click on “Submit All Data” to approve the email.
