How to approve email messages to campus groups
From ITS Wiki
- Open the callisto management website
- You should see a page displayed like the one below.
- Click on the group that you want to approve an email for.
- The Administrator Authentication box (see below) for the group you chose should open.
- Enter the password provided to you by the Network Administrator.
- You should then see a General Options Section like the one below.
- Click on Tend to pending moderator requests
- You should see the email message(s) you want to approve on the right.
- On the left under “Action to take on all these held messages:” you should see a radio button for “Accept.” Click on that button.
- Next, click on “Submit All Data” to approve the email.
