ITS Office Hours for December and other Important Info

When will the ITS office be open during December? ITS will be open through December 22. Some of our staff will be using PTO during this period, particularly after finals conclude. If you do not reach us by phone, you can let us know about your question, problem or request by entering a helpdesk call online at helpdesk.centre.edu or emailing us at helpdesk@centre.edu The ITS office will be closed December 23-26 and December 30.

December 27, 28 and 29 ITS will have a staff member in the office from 8am- 3pm. This person will monitor the Helpdesk and the front desk. If you do not reach us by phone during these days/hours, please let us know about your question, problem or request by entering a helpdesk call online at helpdesk.centre.edu or emailing helpdesk@centre.edu Please note: If the staff member on duty must leave the office, the front door may be locked at times on these days. If other ITS staff members need to be contacted for support the person in the office for that day will make those arrangements.

What if my password expires over break? Will you be able to help me? If you can’t remember the last time you reset your password, or if you just want to be on the safe side, you should reset your password NOW. ITS staff will not be available (except in the case of a campus emergency) December 23-26,30. If your password expires while the college is closed and you need assistance the office will be open December 27-29 (per the specifics above).
