On the Helpdesk: "Latest News" and "Information for Employees"

Two sections of the Helpdesk that contain information that will be helpful to faculty and staff are “Latest News” and “Help & Info for Employees.”

We do our best to keep you informed about technology-related issues and events on campus with posts to “Latest News” on the Helpdesk. The articles will provide you with information and updates on progress (when applicable).

The “Help & Info for Employees” drop down menu holds quick links for frequently asked questions and other links that we consider to be important to our faculty and staff.
