On the Helpdesk: Entering Your Own Helpdesk Call

Perhaps the most important feature of the online Helpdesk is the button/link labeled “Enter a Helpdesk Call Online.”

There are other methods of contacting us, but none as efficient and effective for non-emergencies. Unless your lack of internet access is the problem you are reporting, we encourage you to navigate to http://helpdesk.centre.edu and use this link for informing us of your issue, request or question.

The calls entered into this online system are monitored by ITS and CTL during office hours, from where ever we are on campus. It is the way to let us know about non-emergencies that results in the fastest service for you.

Note: If you email the Helpdesk, the contents of your email are copied and pasted into this database of calls. You can shorten response time by directly entering the call online.
