Website: MERLOT
From ITS Wiki
For the next few weeks the Technology Tips will be sharing information about internet sites that are worth a review to see if they would be helpful to you as you teach and work. Today’s site is MERLOT. If you aren’t familiar with MELOT it might be worth perusing (and bookmarking).
According to the RSCC website, MERLOT, Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching, is a free and open resource designed primarily for faculty and students of higher education. It is a user-centered, searchable collection of peer reviewed and selected higher education, online learning materials, catalogued by registered members and a set of faculty development support services. http://www.merlot.org/merlot/index.htm
If you have a website that you have found to be useful in your work, please share that with me and we’ll pass it along to the faculty and staff in a tip.
